Long-haul flights nearly always end up with me having a slight tickle in my throat and sneezing. This last trip back from Australia, was no different. I started to feel it at my stopover in Houston. I immediately bought myself some Airborne and started on that until I got home and began my usual regimen of a herbal tincture and a homeopathic remedy. I never came down with a cold.
