The Root chakra is the energy center that is located at the base of the spine. It spirals downward towards the earth in the shape of an upside-down cone. In Sanskrit, it is called the Muladhara chakra. The root energy center governs the energy of the physical body and therefore is related to everything that contributes to our physical survival including money. When balanced we feel healthy, safe and grounded.
