Solar Plexus Chakra
The word, "Solar" means, "power from the sun" and the word, "plexus" is from modern latin meaning "braid" or "network" referring to the bundle of nerves in the abdomen. The sanskrit name for the Solar Plexus, Manipura, means, “lustrous gem". It is the center of your personal power. When you lose your power, this is where you feel it the most.
