Main Workshop
Class Description of
Okuden (2nd Degree)
This class is the second step in Reiki Healing Mastery. A prerequisite to this class is that all participating students must be recognized as Reiki I practitioners. The class is a combination of a lecture explaining the Reiki symbols pertaining to this degree, a discussion session, and a basic hands-on workshop where full treatment session and distant healing are practiced. Class spans over four days (four 3-hour workshops), or two days (two 6-hour workshops, often 12:00-6:00pm).
We cover:
- Origin, history and tradition of Reiki symbols
- Meaning and uses of the Reiki Power symbol, Mental/Emotional symbol
- Meaning and suses of the Distance Healing symbol
- Healing the Child Within, Clearing Unwanted Habits & Manifesting Goals
- The Reiki Hand Positions for full and brief treatment sessions to others
- Practice treating and using symbols on self
Attunement & Review
During this class, you will take a test, receive your attunement and practice with each other.
We cover:
- Review

- A Meditation to prepare to receive Reiki Level II attunements
- Individual attunements
- Practice
using Reiki symbols, byosen scanning and treating others
