Take Alex's quiz to find out how healthy you are. On a piece of paper, write the numbers 1 to 20 and answer yes or no to the questions:

Does your daily life include physical activities such as walking, cycling, or gardening? |

Do you take time out for relaxation daily such as yoga, meditation, prayer, gentle walking, breathing exercises, tai chi? |

If you answered YES to all or most of the questions, you are doing great and no doubt enjoying the benefits of eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle.
If you answered YES to around 50% (+/- a few) of the questions, you are making some effort to look after your body, but there’s plenty room for improvement.
If you answered NO to all or most of the questions, you probably know that you need to make some radical changes in your diet and lifestyle.
Have a look at the questions to which you answered NO and write down what you could do to change your answer to YES. This may mean avoiding certain foods while increasing others, or engaging in more exercise.
